ONE-PIECE STICKS (player and composite goalie), SHAFTS/REPLACEMENT BLADES

For the hockey player, True Temper’s “TRUE” sticks have a one-time replacement warranty for breakage during normal use within (30) days of purchase. Normal use does NOT include breakage due to contact with other players, skates, sticks (slashing), boards, nets, use on asphalt or cement surfaces, etc. and hence no replacement will be offered in those cases. True Temper Sports will inspect the returned product and will determine if the product damage was caused by normal use and that there is no evidence of misuse, tampering, heating, abuse or deception.

XCORE STICKS

TRUE hockey will be launching the new XCore ACF line in March 2017! As a result, the 2015 XCore product line is no longer available. Effective immediately, customers who have claims related to XCore product will be notified and provided options for substitution or an opportunity to wait for the new XCore ACF product line with a first availability date of March/2017.

HOCKEY GLOVES

All TRUE branded hockey gloves are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

BAGS – Player, Goalie, and Coach Bags

All TRUE branded hockey bags are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The warranty date becomes effective:

For products sold directly to the end user through an authorized True Temper Sports retailer – from the date of receipt.

Return of the product

To replace a broken product, contact True Temper Sports DIRECTLY (not your True Temper Sports Retailer) by filling out the warranty form below to receive a return authorization (RA) form and number.  You will be required to provide the original invoice from your retailer affixed with the serial number sticker from your broken product. The product will be returned directly to True Temper Sports.  Once an RA number is issued, all warranty products need to be received by True Temper Sports within 14 calendar days, according to industry standards. Otherwise the RA will expire and a warranty return will be reevaluated by True Temper’s warranty return department and a new RA will be issued, if eligible.
After we have authorized the return, please send your product packages, including your RA number, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

True Hockey will be closed from 12/24-1/03 to celebrate the holidays.  We will respond to any warranty claims when our offices reopen in 2017.

Team Sales & Competitive Players

Bulk discounted purchases under the Team Sales program and sales to senior competitive, professional or semi professional, Junior and College/University levels are not covered under our 30 day one time replacement program but may be covered under some circumstances such as confirmed manufacturing defects.

To enquire about the possibility of replacing a broken product under these circumstances, contact True Temper Sports DIRECTLY by sending an e-mail to the following email address: warranty@truetemper.com  for a return authorization (RA) form and number and reason/circumstance of return.

Your RA number must accompany all returns.
