Drafted to the Carolina Hurricanes during the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, Rees is a forward who
plays with great intensity and tenacity. During his 2019 season with the Sarnia Sting, Rees
earned 60 points in just 37 games played. Despite his modest frame, Rees is a physically
involved player who has exceptional playmaking abilities.
